Avengers Omegle RP
- You: Clint sat on the edge of the landing pad of the newly claimed 'Avengers Tower'. It was his new 'nest', or at least for now. Till he found a place less accessible to the others. It wasn't that he didn't like any of them. He just liked to have a place to go and be alone for a while. To think. And that's just what he was doing.
- Stranger: Natasha was tired, tired of work and stressed to the point of breaking, and the one person she really wanted to speak to was busy elsewhere. Instead she decided to maybe find Clint.
- You: Clint watched the city bellow. There were still a lot of buildings being repaired after the fight with Loki. Both SHIELD and Tony had put in a good amount of their money to help repair it too. He took a deep breath of the fresh air... and then paused. "Getting closer and closer every time, Tasha," he said, turning around, referring to how she was able to sneak up on him. "Not sure whether I should be happy or worried about that."
- Stranger: She smiled, "Both, both would be wise." sitting down next to him she observed everything closely.
- You: He let out a light chuckle at that. "Yeah, probably would be. So, what's up?"
- Stranger: Nat shook her head, "Nothing, stress is all I guess. Was it ever like this before?" She asked, looking at him directly.
- You: "Maybe you should take a day off or something?" he offered, a slight look of worry in his eyes, though he hid it as best he could. "Was what ever like this?"
- Stranger: Smiling she relaxed a bit, this was why she could only talk to Clint. Taking a deep breath she mumbled, "I'll take a day off when pigs fly." continuing on to answer his question, noticing slightly how there was a flash of something in those reserved eyes of his, "This," she said, pointing between them, "Even before the Avengers Initiative, things couldn't have been /this/ stressful. But back then it was so...so..."
- You: He chuckled again at his offer of the day off. "That's what I thought." He took a moment to think over her question. And really, she had a point. "No... it hadn't. At least not how I remember it." He sighed. "Maybe it's the team thing... We're so used to working either alone or just the two of us, and certainly not dealing with shit like 'Avengers Promotional Campaigns'. I mean, I know we need some good word in for ourselves but is holding fancy dinner parties really gonna do that?"
- Stranger: Chuckling to herself she nodded in agreement, "Really, a part of me is sure Stark and Coulson are conspiring together to put us all through hell." thinking of the last few weeks, all the promoting they had done it was sickening not to mention a waste of time. But instead of training they were out at events. Making it known to everyone who they were and what they were fighting for. Turning back to look at Clint she smiled, "You know today's been remotely quiet. What with all the work everyone else is doing."
- You: "I wouldn't put it against them," he agreed. He nodded, again agreeing with Natasha when she commented about how quiet it had been. "Yeah... Must be because Stark is out. No AC/DC playing on full blast," he joked. Steve was also out, doing speeches, and Bruce had been down in the labs for hell knows how long. "Did Thor even come back from Asgard yet?"
- Stranger: Nat thought for a moment, "Well, I don't remember hearing a rather loud 'Good morning' today so I don't think so." She laughed, thinking of how the Norse demigod had been gone for a while and the quiet seemed to stem from the lack of his presence.
- You: "True. I mean, I've been a relatively early riser since I was a teen, but that guy is one hell of a morning bird." He couldn't help but laugh along with her at that. This was what he liked about Natasha and him. On their own they were the least social and most independent of the Avengers. But get them together and they would joke and laugh and talk for hours.

Do I own most of these movies already? Yes. Do I regret anything? Absolutely not. ^_~ This set comes with two Blu-Ray disks full of extra material! Hours and hours of entertainment value here. And… rumor has it, the movies come in a case that looks like the case for the tesseract! *dies* If this is true, I sense a new photoshoot on the horizon.

So, one of the people I follow ‘Catching-Everlark’ recently posted a link to a fanfic: http://archiveofourown.org/works/148868
It’s Steve/Tony, so I figured I’d check it out. All I must say is I must VERY much thank them, as well as curse them XD.
Thank them because it is a sweet fanfic with a lot of sad but also good feels (not to mention a great smut scene ;D) and because it opened my eyes to a new series that I really want to get into, not just because one of my OTPs is canon in it, but because it has an amazing plot.
And curse them because I lost a lot of sleep reading that addictive fic, but now I REEEEAAAAALLY wanna read Civil War (which is the universe it’s based off of), but I don’t have the money to buy them atm… so I have to wait… to get into this awesome series…. vhbduiaglhrteiug
Really, it’s a great fanfiction. Kinda long (about 160+ pages) but totally worth it! Pretty confusing at first if you don’t know the series. But everything is explain pretty well later, and I found that, at least in the first part of it, not knowing what was going on REALLY allowed me to connect with Tony in it (who’s POV the fic is from). See, Tony erased his memory, so he has no clue what’s going on. Not knowing myself, it really allowed me to connect.
Something that may help when reading it: When things are slashed out like this but then written out in a different way like this, it’s Tony’s brain deleting this because he shouldn’t know it.
Seriously, read the fic, lose some sleep, get addicted, and then go start reading Civil War.
